On 1 November 2015 the Autonomous Province of Trento introduced a provincial tourist tax, according to the provisions of Provincial Law 8/2002, article 16 bis.
The tax is due from all those staying overnight in accommodation situated within the province, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights at the same facilities.
THE AMOUNT OF THE TAX DUE FOR THESE ACCOMMODATION FACILIITIES IS 1,50 EURO PER PERSON/NIGHT.
The following persons are exempt from the tax:
• Children under the age of 14;
• Those undergoing treatment at public and accredited private hospitals which have agreements with the national health service in the province;
• Those accompanying patients hospitalised in public and accredited private hospitals which have agreements with the national health service in the province, up to a limit of one accompanying person per patient;
• Civil defence workers and members of the police, armed forces and fire brigade if they are staying at the accommodation facilities in order to carry out their
• Applicants for international protection, unaccompanied foreign children and the victims of trafficking temporarily housed at the accommodation facilities;
• Those staying at the accommodation facilities following measures adopted by the public authorities to deal with emergencies following disasters or events of an extraordinary nature.
Ab dem 1. November 2015 führte die Autonome Provinz Trient die Landeskurtaxe gemäß Landesgesetz 8/2002 Art 16-bis ein.
Diese Abgabe ist von jeder Person zu zahlen, die in einem Beherbergungsbetrieb im Landesgebiet übernachtet und wird maximal für 10 aufeinanderfolgende Nächte im selben Betrieb erhoben.
DIE KURTAXE IN DIESEM BEHERBERGUNGSBETRIEB BETRÄGT EURO 1,50 EURO PRO PERSON/NACHT.
Von der Bezahlung sind befreit:
• Kinder unter 14 Jahren;
• Patienten, die in öffentlichen Krankenhäusern oder in akkreditierten Privatkliniken, die vom öffentlichen Gesundheitswesen anerkannt sind, im Landesgebiet ambulant behandelt werden;
• Begleitpersonen von Patienten, die in öffentlichen Krankenhäusern oder in akkreditierten Privatkliniken, die vom öffentlichen Gesundheitswesen anerkannt sind, im Landesgebiet stationär behandelt werden, begrenzt auf eine Begleitperson pro Patient;
• Mitarbeiter des Zivilschutzes sowie Angehörige der Polizei, des Heeres und der Feuerwehr, die aus Dienstgründen in den Beherbergungsbetrieben
• Personen, die internationalen Schutz beantragen, unbegleitete minderjährige Ausländer sowie Opfer des Menschenhandels, die in den Beherbergungsbetrieben untergebracht sind;
• Personen, die aufgrund von Verfügungen öffentlicher Behörden in Notsituationen als Folge von Naturkatastrophen oder anderen außerordentlichen Ereignissen in Beherbergungsbetrieben untergebracht sind.
A partire dal 1 novembre 2015 la Provincia Autonoma di Trento ha introdotto l’imposta provinciale di soggiorno secondo quanto stabilito dalla l.p. 8/2002 art. 16 bis.
L’imposta è dovuta da ogni persona che pernotta nelle strutture ricettive ubicate nel territorio provinciale per un massimo di 10 notti consecutive presso la medesima struttura.
LA MISURA DELL’IMPOSTA PER QUESTA STRUTTURA RICETTIVA E’ DI
EURO 1,50 EURO PER PERSONA/NOTTE.
Sono previsti dei casi di esenzione (MODULO ESENZIONE SCARICABILE):
• i minori fino al compimento del 14° anno di età;
• coloro che ricevono terapie presso strutture sanitarie ospedaliere pubbliche e private accreditate, convenzionate con il servizio sanitario nazionale site nel territorio provinciale;
• i soggetti accompagnatori di pazienti ricoverati nelle strutture sanitarie ospedaliere pubbliche e private accreditate, convenzionate con il servizio sanitario nazionale, ubicate nel territorio provinciale, nel limite di un accompagnatore per paziente;
• gli operatori della protezione civile e il personale appartenente alle forze di polizia, alle forze armate e ai vigili del fuoco se alloggiano nelle strutture
ricettive per esigenze di servizio;
• i richiedenti protezione internazionale, i minori stranieri non accompagnati e le
vittime di tratta temporaneamente accolti nelle strutture ricettive;
• i soggetti che alloggiano in strutture ricettive a seguito di provvedimenti
adottati da autorità pubbliche per fronteggiare situazioni di emergenza
conseguenti a eventi calamitosi o di natura straordinaria.
